Our location is in Banjar Kutuh, Sayan, Ubud, Bali, Indonesia. The main Sayan road joins the Sanur Bypass and is a straight 1 hr. drive to Ngurah Rai airport, Tuban, Bali.

The property is in walking or push-biking distance to Penestanan and Ubud for shopping, restaurants, bars, museums, galleries and cultural events. The world-class hotels of Four Seasons Sayan and Amandari are within walking distance. The area is perfect for hiking and trekking up the Ayung river valley and through the rice field terraces.

The location includes 3 accesses. One is off the main Sayan road and will only be a walk-in entrance. The second, to the north, is bound by the Pura Dalem Kawi (main Temple) and Puskesmas Ubud II (Medical) clinic and have a 60mt long car park. The third, to the south, have 80mt long car park.
